revolutionary water-based antimicrobial coating. The product we use can be applied to almost any surface, which enables a whole new level of protection in your facility. It is tested to be
effective against a wide range of viruses and bacterias, creating an inhospitable surface for
these dangerous microorganisms, keeping your facility safer for everyone.

The product formula is a next generation water-based, long-term antimicrobial coating, designed to inhibit the growth of microorganisms for up to 90 days after application. Once the coating has dried, it forms an invisible layer of “nanospikes” that penetrates the cell membrane and destroys them. Due to these “nanospikes”, the process of elimination is mechanical and not chemical in comparison with other long term solutions such as silver and copper.

This is extremely effective in both high and low traffic areas alike. The active ingredient in
the coating is ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) registered to reduce a broad spectrum
of microbes. The coating can be applied to and bonds with almost any surface – porous or
non-porous, metal, leather, fabric etc. Our installers are professionally-trained for maximum efficiency.

THE TECHNOLOGY

Our coating’s technology is based on the use of quaternary ammonium silicone compounds (“SiQAC”) as antimicrobial agents, either in solvent, or in aqueous and stable solutions.

Making these compounds using a water-based system provides a host of benefits. They are non-flammable and require no solvents for dilution. They require no special handling, are uniformly dispersible on almost any surface, andare simple and economical to use because of their extended shelf-life.

When the ammonium salts react with certain organosilanes they form an integrated system. Once this system is applied to any surface, it forms an invisible (one molecule deep) and durable (through ion exchange and rapid polymerization) antimicrobial protection.

The coatings contain no VOC, heavy metals, formaldehyde treatment, phenol groups, or odor causing agents that can lead to allergies or asthma.

ECHA REGISTERED

The product’s active ingredient is registered with ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) for use in almost all locations and surfaces from textile to hard non-porous surfaces.

A PROVEN TECHNOLOGY

The product’s active ingredient has been used for over 20 years, as an additional ingredient in the manufacturing process for a wide range of textiles, from sofas to socks worldwide.

HOW TO APPLY THE PRODUCT

The application of our professional coating should be done by a professional International Registry of Surface Protection (IRSP) approved installer. The installer has two installation options:

Hand Application
Spray it on the surface, wait three minutes, and wipe off residue with a microfiber towel.

Spray Gun/Fogging (Recommended)
Mist the coating over any surface and walk away. In some cases, you might have to wipe off residue as it could leave marks on glossy black surfaces.

LONGEVITY

Our Coating is permanent unless removed by abrasion. As would be expected, there are a number of factors that determine how long the product will remain effective on different surfaces and in different situations. We are committed to working with you to determine the best methods for your specific needs, so that you’re remaining protected, while at the same time making sure you aren’t using more product than you need to.

Custom programs can be created based on each clients needs for different situations. Our product suite consists of a variety of solutions that can help solve different problems.

INTERNATIONAL REGISTRY
OF SURFACE PROTECTION

The International Registry of Surface Protection is a free-standing and independent foundation and registry whose purpose is to help businesses communicate the measurements they have taken to prevent
viral and bacterial surface contamination.

The registry is based on independent IRSP-approved installers reporting back into the registry when a surface treatment was conducted and what coating that was used. The information in the registry is accessible to the public. Any facility treated with our coatings will have the option of being registered by the IRSP.
